What the enquiry must include
In order for us to process an order for the 1-year inspection or document a warranty claim, the enquiry must include the following:
- Cabin brand – Telemarkhytter
- Contract name and project number (the name stated on the contract)
- Handover date
- Building site (municipality, cadastral and title numbers)
- What the enquiry concerns
- Good description with photos
